That's great, thank you very much! I am in particular very happy to see
that you made not only a product available, but an easy-to-participate
project (which I firmly believe serves science much better than the
former).

I have an additional suggestion, though: how about making your personal
update site so that Fiji/ImageJ users can easily install (and keep
up-to-date) your plugin?

Documentation about the updater (which was slightly overtaken for the
moment by the active development of the ImageJ updater) can be found here:
http://fiji.sc/Adding_Update_Sites.

The idea of personal update sites is that you can register your very own
update site and from then on can upload your local macro/plugin files to
that site. You can then either provide the URL of that update site to your
users, or add it to http://fiji.sc/List_of_update_sites in which case it
will appear in the ImageJ updater's "Manage update sites" dialog by default,
easily activated by clicking a checkbox.

Your personal update site can easily be activated by clicking on the "Add
personal site" button in the dialog appearing after clicking "Manage
update sites" in the updater. A Fiji Wiki account -- which is required for
technical reasons -- conveniently can also be created there. Note that
there is a clipped sentence in the documentation part of said dialog which
I intend to fix today.

Thanks!
Johannes
