Counting Neutrophils

Hello,

I try to count neutrophils, which are stained with DAPI. My problem is how
to make ImageJ to count them automatically. How can I make ImageJ detecting
the difference between other DAPI-stained cores without segments and the
segmented cores of neutrophils?

Furthermore I use 5 slices at the moment to see how a core looks like
(segments or not?) in different levels. Is that a problem or even usefull
for the automatic counting?
