need your help with the problem of not working Image J

Hi there,
I downloaded Windows-ImageJ 1.47 bundled with with 64-bit Java<http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/download/win32/ij147-jdk6-64bit-setup.exe> (25MB; requires 64-bit Windows) into my computer (MS window 7 professional). It did not work at all. I can use the Image J to open the western blotting gels to quantify. But the peaks of the gels shown were not the same as they look. Some peaks were missing. Pleasse note that the gels I would like to quantify are in correct format because I could quantify the gels using Image J installed in other computers. Obviously there is problem with my computer.
Any idea why this happens? Thanks very much.
