Muscle fiber lesser diameter

Hello all,

I have transverse skeletal muscle sections and need to measure the lesser diameter of each fiber. I have read through imageJ documentation and watched youtube tutorials, trying to adjust the threshold, binarize the image, and make a distance map but still having trouble getting the fibers defined by their borders and measured.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
