to open concatenated stacks with 3D viewer

Hello,

Could you please help me to solve the following issue:

I concatenated two stacks (corresponding to two 3D experiments at times t0 and t1) to make 4D images. How can I open this concatenation with 3D viewer in order to make a film out of it? The plugin seems to be able to open the hyperstack and to be able to display the time evolution of the system but the screen remains black.
