Hi Hongbo,
I didn't see an answer to your question though I may have missed it. Do you mean something like Edit - Selection - Specify (pixels)? You can also store the ROIs in the ROI Manager to reuse.
Kind regards,
Jacqui

Subject: Rectanglar tool using
Hey all,
A short question: Does anybody know how to set up the size of "Rectanglar tool"? For instance, draw a rectangular with 500x800um in a normalized picture or even pixels in the original picture (e.g. make the square with a set size but not adjust it carefully)?
Thank you very much in advance!
Cheers,
Hongbo
