3D ROI

Dear all,

I want to extract mouth cavity from an MRI stack and then view it in
sagittal, coronal and the transverse plane. I am using segmented lines to
draw the contours. The question is: How to join these different lines so
that I can get a proper view in the three planes mentioned? Is there a
better way to do this?
