Hello,
Within TrakEM2, is it possible to use the 3D Viewer to display a grayscale volume and surface rendered structures created with pipes? The semi-circular canals in an 8-bit grayscale CT scan of a mouse head have been reconstructed and I'd like to use the 3D Viewer to  display the surface rendered canals within the grayscale head in order to make some measurements.
