Tiff Tags

I am just trying the Tiff tags plugin. Seemingly the type of number representation is not recognized. For an unknown tag,e.g. "Tag 65329" the tiff tags jar delivers

1 65329 12 4 1.847699232157756E-279 -1.4916681462400413E-154 1.97284988970975E270 1.9571956640712625E-295

and the unix binary tiffinfo prints

  Tag 65329: -9265.268438,10583.460880,55.503398,257282.780527

which looks more reasonable, something like coordinates x,y,z,?

Is there any other method to read tiff meta data in ImageJ?
