nuclear mask - how to filter nuclear signal?

I would like to use DAPI (NUCLEAR - blue channel) to filter the signal from my red channel (NUCLEAR AND MEMBRANE) in order to end up with red NUCLEAR signal ONLY. With other words, I would like to apply the nuclear mask (blue channel) to select for red nuclear signal specifically.
