Calculating ROI variance

Hi,

I have been trying to find an ImageJ plug-in/ feature to calculate the pixel intensity variance in a square 11x11 pixel ROI in MR images but I have not been successful so far ! I have very limited knowledge in programming !
Your help would be appreciated ! Thank you,
