Dear non-name,
did you have a look at the IJ-plugin "Radial_Profile_Angle_Ext" that can
be downloaded from:

http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/radial-profile-ext.html>
The number of circles depends on the maximum diameter and you may
extract the exact values of the diameters and integral values from the
plot by clicking either "List" or "Save".
