FRET time lapse

Dear ImajeJ helper

I am wondering if there are a plugin where you can analyze a FRET video (time lapse) ,specifically a ROI in a section of the cell.
The problem is that you need to first process  the images, this implied make binary mask ,etc.
to make the thing clear; I have a video of 5 minutes with 4 channels, that means around 8 images per minute, is a lot of wasted of time to make a binary mask and analyze one by one since you I have to analyze around 30 FRET video.

I really appreciated, if anyone can help me.
