can't read cxd files

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with that seems very trivial.

I can't open cxd files.

It is possible to do on the another PC (oldest) but can't find out why in a i7, 16Gb Ram is a problem.
Installation and setting was done in the same manner but different results.

I will appreciate any suggestions
