matching coomassie post-stained 2D gels on DIGE gels

Hi All,

I recently carried out a DIGE (Difference Gel Electrophoresis) experiment. I have already analysed my analytical gels using the DeCyder software and would now like to match the gel spots onto my preparative gels. However, my preparative gels have been post-stained with colloidal coomassie blue and I think I can not use the DeCyder software for this part of my analysis. Would anyone be able to advise me whether I could possibly use a DIGE gel (Cy Dye florescent stained) to match it on a coomassie stained gel using the imageJ please? I thank you in advance.
