where is "Image Stack Merger Plus" plugin ?

There is a plugin called "Image Stack Merger Plus" by Samuel Pean that I found very useful, but I've lost the plugin.
It was at this link, http://www.samuelpean.com/image-stack-merger-plus/,
but the website has disappeared.
 
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this plugin?
