About interactive debug window, and go-to function

Hi Folks,

I have two questions, and hope someone can help me.
---
(1) Step-by-step or interactive debug window.  ImageJ help says there is
debug menu/submenu, but I cannot find it in the 1.47 Windows version.

(2) "Go to" desired pixel function, which is similar to "Go to" in text
editor. Pointer jumps to the user's X/Y coordinates.
