ImageJ user guide "getting help" links

Hi Tiago,

I noticed that the ImageJ manual still lists the "ImageJ for Microscopy"
manual in its list of where to get help with ImageJ:

That site has been defunct since around November 2012.

We migrated many of the plugins onto a Fiji update site called the "Fiji
Cookbook" along with an updated guide online:

http://fiji.sc/Cookbook

Would you mind updating the link?

P.S. Johannes vaguely recalled a conversation about putting the ImageJ
guide on GitHub or similar? If you did that, I could request these sorts of
documentation changes using GitHub Pull Requests. :-)
