Yes. It used to be at pacific.mpi-cbg.de. This afternoon I've moved it to to GitHub. Please see
https://github.com/tferr/IJ-guideWayne already updated the online version, but the pdfs still need to be modified so I've created
an issue, just so it is not forgotten[1]. It is a good idea to use GitHub, indeed.
Actually, several parts of the guide need to work... Unfortunately, the "workflow" that was used
to generate both the html and pdf files of previous editions seems to be now broken.
I'll try to update this list on the status of the user guide some time soon,
