voronoi tessellation quantification

Hi everyone,
I'm performing an histopathological study on dog placental labirinth.
The firste stepi is the assessement trought a poiunt counting ofg the
fetal capillary bed, but  my next step is the assessment of spatial pattern of vessesl,
with manual selection of vessels and voronoi  tessellation (Imagej voronoi),
I wonder if exist a plugin that is able to quantify isotropy/clustering of capillary

to bypass manual counting.
