Series Labeler update

Dear all,

due to a backwards-incompatible change in ImageJ 1.48r, the Series Labeler
was broken (you could not change the font; there was a nasty error message
on the console). I fixed this and uploaded a new version to the Fiji
update site.

P.S.: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the worked-around bug it is no
longer possible to use the new Series Labeler with an older ImageJ 1.x
version (in case you need to unbreak other plugins).
