How getting "Plot Values"

Hello dear ImageJ-Team,

i have a plot, that gives me the gray value intensity (y) plot against distance in pixel (x). There is also a list with the x and y values of this plot. I need this value list (x,y) in an array. Is this possible? how? i tryed everything i know... its very important for a project.
