possible problem with BoneJ running as ImageJ plugin

      Dear BoneJ experts and users,

I am running the 64-bit version using Java 64-bit on my Mac Book PRO running OS/X 10.9.1.
I dragged and dropped a Scanco micro-CT file (extension .isq) into ImageJ after installing plugins BoneJ and Image-3D.
The micro-Ct file is 7.08 GB. I increased the memory available to ImageJ to 8GB.
Every now and then an error message popped up which reads " java.lang.NullPointerException" which doees not cause Image J to abort but I wonder what side affect it can have.
