You probably refer to the next Fiji release because the Vaa3D plugin is
not included in ImageJ 1.x' releases:

        https://github.com/imagej/ij1-installer/search?q=vaa3d

The best idea to go forward with getting it into Fiji is probably to clean
up the code a little, I added a ticket:

        https://github.com/berl/v3draw-IJ/issues/1
