Connectivity of pores in 3D space

Hi all,
   Recently, I had obtained serials images about porous media using X-CT. There was lots of pores interconnected after making binary.  Plungin,BoneJ could calculate connectivity after purifing, however, 'Purity' was a tool to extract unique feature as foreground and others were cleared away. Anthor plugin was IJ-blob, but it indentified connected  components of binary images in 2D. I want to obtain iformation on all connected pores. What should I do to solve it!
   Any suggestion is welcomed!
