Hy everybody,



Well, I used "end points" and it seems to give me the right number for each "branch". I hope it works definitely, because I analyzed 500 images and included the results in my dataset! I verified for several images and it seemed to work. I also noticed that "banches" adn "junctions" were not suitable for any analysis.

I agree with the discussion about definitions. I just wrote something about that using graph theory, adapted to plants.
