Saving Tiff with ImageJ makes it darker

Hey guys,

I have some problems with saving my microscopy pictures with ImageJ. When I do this and I open the Tiff with Photoshop or Irfan View the brightness is down-regulated in contrast to the original picture. This issue doesn't occure if I use JPG for saving. They are 16-bit pictures and saved as those.

Can anyone help me?
