Question about analysis with ImageJ of breast US and Shear Wave Elastography images of the brast

I'm using ImageJ for the analysis of images RGB of breast cancer and fibroadenoma.
So I've used TIFF images on which I've traced the ROI and did performe the analysis usong both the tool Histogram and the tool  Color Histogram.
In the results obtained are shown :
1) Mean Value
2) Max value
3) Min value
4) Standard Deviation
5) Mode.
Wish someone could explain in simple terms what is the practical meaning of 'Mode'.
I attach two images :
1) the first showing the differences measured in kPas in the stiffness between fat, fibrous tissue, fibroadenoma and cancer
2) the second showing the results of the analysis I did both on B images and Elastography images.
