Establishing labelising

Hi all,
I wanted to establish labelising on my image. I know about the command "Analyse Particles" but it is not accurate, that's why I use my own macro that process a Hough Transform for circle detection. My macro perfectly detect all my particles but i don't how to establish labelising.

I want to know if there is a plugin that could allow to "write" on an image or any plugin that could do the work.
