connectivity - EDM -skeleton

Hi !

some of you probably know allready what I will talk about.
I'm doing some structural analysis to describe an actin network.
Skeleton analysis, EDM, and connectivity analysis do well, BUT, can
someone give me a hint on how to exploit this data in a statistical
significant way ?
