voronoi

Hi to all
I am tryng to assess a spatial point pattern 
on intratumoral vessels with voronoi,
but after having the tessellation, how can I 
obtain a quantitative mesure of spatial pattern??
I will calculate the density (capillary/area) and the space filling  capacity (box counting fractal dimension), but the voronoi
blocks me....
any help appreciated,
