How to use stacks to characterize the video camera used.

I'm trying to use ImageJ to analyze movie sequences from a camera. What
I need is some idea, or if there is a plugin, which basically takes the
value of a pixel at a given location (or region depending...), and then
gives average and SD of that pixel's value across time (really
successive images in the stack.).

The question is, is there some tool in ImageJ, or plugin that does this
sort of analysis.
