Correct 3D drift

Greetings!

There is a correct 3D drift plugin on Fiji. I tried to use it to align a 4d satak. But the result obtained a
different z slice numbers from that of original stack. For example, the stack is z:14 & t:13, the image
stack after running the  correct 3D drift plugin is z:16, t:13. There are extra two black images showed on
z series 15 & 16, while the first two black images are showed on t=3. Is it possible to correct the
misalignment? Or I need to delete some blur images from the top or the bottom?
