Diameter

Hello,

i'm a medicine student, and i'm actually working on retinal blood vessels
diameter, that's why I use Image J and the pluggin *DIAMETER* .

However I have a lot of difficulties in working with this pluggin and i
don't understand how to use the data given (5 diameters and not always
accorded).
