macro program for imageJ for Homogenizes the intensity differences between images in a given sequence

  Does anyone have Any macro program for Image J to  Homogenizes the intensity differences between images in a given sequence? I need this to make mosaic images, but when I merge pictures, the differences in intensity results in that the sewing places detectable and so it doesn't look good. It would be great if anyone could help me in this case.
