Particle intensity vs time

Hello,

I need help in identifying an appropriate plugin (if available) to extract channel color intensities of multiple particles in a time series. The particles in each image (time point) are not identical in location, size or shape. Ideally I would also like to generate intensity distribution and bin the results based on their intensities in 2 different channels.
