Anisotropic diffusion with supplied diffusion tensor field

Hello,

Is there a plugin where I supply the tensor field myself (in arrays),
instead of having the plugin calculate it from the image to be smoothed?

I have retinal images and would like to do diffusion smoothing just over
the vessels, with greater diffusion coefficient in the flow direction of
the vessel, which I know, but no/minimal diffusion transverse to the vessel
direction.
