How to copy or save a multi ROI image with the individual ROI

Hi Everyone,
I am new to the ImageJ field. I am amazed how much can be found   in the discussions in this group.
My problem.
I was doing fluorescence intensity measurements  using the Multimeasure  function in the ROI Manager. I was unable to copy or print the  Image(in a one slice hyperstack or merged color image) with the  defined ROIs. How can this be done, if at all?
