Non-plugin classes shown in Fiji plugin menu after updating

Hi Johannes,

I have my plugins (extending Plugin, file name and class name with "_")
located in a sub-plugin folder, together with some non-plugin classes (not
extending Plugin, file name and class name without "_"). The non-plugin
classes are used by the plugins. They do not show in the sub-plugin menu,
but will show up if I do updating. I am not sure if this is intended. I am
running Fiji-win64-20140602, my system is Windows 7.
