I finally got a chance to have a look. The file
Fiji.app/plugins/Figure_Calibration.class is empty! It is not managed in
any update site you have enabled, therefore I assume that you downloaded
it yourself.

It may be the best idea to re-download the file from
http://www.astro.physik.uni-goettingen.de/~hessman/ImageJ/Figure_Calibration/
and overwrite the 0-byte file.
