New IJ2 script editor missing start and help files

I have tried the new IJ2 script editor in Fiji, however I cannot find anywhere on the menu a button or command to start 'script editor' unlike in previous versions where I could find it under Tools>Scripting.
Instead I have to drag my *ijm scripts to the toolbar or use File>Open to get an instance of the script editor.

Also in the new script editor itself, when coding in ijm macro language, highlighting a recognized function going to Tools>open Help on Macro function would bring you the webpage with the highlighted function help page. This is now missing from the new IJ2 script editor.

Because of this I have reverted to the 'Lifeline' version of Fiji.
