Bug(s) in RoiManager

Dear all / Wayne,

I just found a quite serious bug in the RoiManager implementation.

Namely if you are using the up/down arrow keys in order to browse through a
whole list of ROIs in the RoiManager in order to select out the ROI you are
interested in, the next/previous ROI gets indeed selected (as expected) but
in the same time an +/-1 pixel shift gets applied to the y position of the
given selected ROI.

And in the case you reach the end of the ROIs list the top/bottom ROI gets
then moved around the picture.

Another issue is that when you have a given ROI selected in the RoiManager
on a given picture and you change the applied picture the same ROI can’t be
selected by clicking on its position in the RoiManager but you need to click
on deselect in order to select it again (or alternatively select another ROI
and select it back).
