bug in OR operation in ROI Manager

I have a number of selections in the ROI manager, each of which was created by the Text Tool. When I select a single selection in the ROI Manager, a text appears inside a rectangle; when I use 'OR (Combine)' (under the 'More' menu), only the rectangles (all of them) appear, without any text. It seems OR doesn't work with text selections.
