Yes, once we have the financial and site logistics information sorted out (by end of this month) we will make sure that is announced well is in advance (at least nine months) and will be reaching out to members of community including past members of SAB for input on speakers. My lab LOCI, has joined this Tudor this Spring to organize this conference with our mutual goal of making sure this conference happens regularly, of value to community, is sustainable, and meets need of broad community of users (worldwide). Our first priority was to improve the budget situation as this is a expensive meeting to put on. We are almost done with fundraising and will make a formal announcement soon once that is complete. In meantime folks should free to contact me with any ideas or logistical questions directly.
