Area and range measurement of watershed processed moss leaves

Hey ImageJ users,

I want to establish a full automated pipeline for the measurement of moss leaves due to my bachelor thesis. I search for  a way to measure the area and range of watershed processed moss leaves. Does anyone have suggestions for a plugin or other helpful tips? Here is a picture of the processed moss leave. I am new to ImageJ and thankful for any advise.
