B&C settings in threshold windows

Dear all,

When either opening or putting a Threshold window in focus the Brightness
and/or Contrast settings that may have been previously modified get reset.

Unfortunately it may sometimes be interesting (and sometimes even needed) to
modify the Brightness and/or Contrast settings of a picture in order to
better identify some of its features.

Is this resetting of the Brightness and/or Contrast settings in the
Threshold window a feature added in purpose or rather a bug?
