ImageJ developer needed

Dear all,
We are a group of scientists working in the intestinal epithelium. We are routinely using ImageJ -and thank everybody for that. However we would like to develop ImageJ macros/modules tailored to  our experiments and we are thinking of funding sources.
Would it be possible to get a developer working with us -involved in project proposals? The initiative is starting at the UK and it may be handy if the developer is at the UK but it is not a must.
