Calculate pixels number row for row in a custom shape ROI

Hello community,
i am searching a lot for a macro or plug-in that is able to calculate me the number of pixel for every row in a custom ROI.
I am not very familiar with JAVA and thus not really able to write my own prog, so i thought maybe i could get any help here .

To specify my problem i will explain it with the image below:
1. the grey part stands for the custom ROI
2. for every pixel row within this ROI i want to have the number of pixels thus i a able to specify the with of the object at this point
3. i need a result window that gives me the overview about the row and the number of pixels
