How do I re-analyze saved plot profiles?

Dear All,

I analyzed a slot blot using the gel > plot profile > magic wand procedure of ImageJ. I saved as tiff the original and modified plots and I wanted to check a few measures, but I do not know how to measure again the peak area once I opened the profile image. Is it possible to repeat the measure on the plot profile pictures that I saved?
