Hi Curtis- I tried to run the update today from within ImageJ2 and got into a loop in the updater where it seemed to be going around in circles for a long time doing the same files over and over.  I canceled and downloaded from the web site instead.  This was on a Mac running latest Lion.  Old version was 2.0.0-rc-2.  Dave
